  In terms of cleanliness, this Pizza Hut wasn't top notch or anything, but the customer service certainly made up for it! The past three times I've been here, our waiter was very polite, as well as any other employees we came into contact with. Also, as we were paying, their machine would not take my card, and because it was taking too long for them to get their machine to work, the gentleman told me he would take care of it and apologized for the wait. So, in terms of service, this Pizza Hut certainly has made a good impression on me and those in my party!

  This must have been one of the WORST experinces I have ever had in a resturant. I am from MI and was in WV visiting relatives, and as soon as I stepped foot into this Pizza Hut I was IN SHOCK at how DIRTY it was, and the flys that were EVERYWHERE! After a 12 hour drive, I was desprite for food. There was only one other table in there when we arrived, so we ordered, and expected a fast service. After 1 1/2 hours...NOTHING! They supposably had take out orders like no other. But still, it was insane. I ended up telling the greecy waitress to shove it, give us our food to go (once it finally came) and get me the hell out of there. She gave us 30% off, big deal. I would have paid double to eat somewhere CLEAN! This place is DISGUSTING, food and staff alike. Avoid at all costs! Needs to be shut down by the health department! I really was un-sure if WV had a health department, due to the FLYS and DIRT in all the resturants I was in, along with the Wal-Mart and local supermarket. I was in disbelif. WV is not for me!
